Born in beautiful British Columbia, Joey Parente discovered his love for the piano at just five years old when his Italian mamma brought him to his very first lesson. Over the years, his passion for music grew into a lifelong career performing across Canada and abroad.

While entertaining guests on Carnival Cruise Lines, Joey’s lively piano bar performances earned him the nickname “Joey Keys” —  a name that stuck and became his musical identity.

With over 30 years of experience, Joey brings a dynamic blend of Italian, Latin, pop, jazz, crooner, R&B, rock, and classical music to every show. Performing solo, as a duo, or with his Legato Music ensemble, he delivers 100% live music that connects with audiences of all ages.

Joey performs for private events, weddings, corporate functions, daytime shows at care homes and senior communities, sharing music that uplifts and inspires.
