Born in British Columbia, Joey Parente  discovered his love for piano at age five, launching a lifelong career  performing across Canada and internationally. His high-energy piano bar  shows aboard Carnival Cruise Lines earned him  the nickname “Joey Keys,” which became his musical identity.

In the early 2000s, Joey spent three  years as a talent booking agent with Vancouver’s Siegel, gaining  valuable industry insight. He continues to book and represent top local  artists for private events, hotels, and special functions,  known for his integrity, professionalism, and fair, transparent  contracts.

With over 30 years of experience, Joey  delivers 100% live music spanning Italian, Latin, pop, jazz, crooner,  R&B, rock, and classical styles. Performing solo, as a duo, or with  his Legato Music ensemble, Joey creates memorable  performances for weddings, corporate events, private parties, and  senior communities.
